I was on the phone with customer service for 20 minutes yesterday describing the problem, and I woke up today to find an email from them with the link to faq's about how to enter food logs. This is obviously a problem with the app, but I'd love to know if anyone else is experiencing it, or knows how to fix it, because I'm about to give up with fitbit.
